Business partner receives the Champion in Action Award.
Dawn Webber is the Director of HR at Royle Printing. She remains a strong partner to the Workforce Development Board of South Central Wisconsin and continues to assist with local initiatives.
Recently, Dawn starred in a transferable skills video that’s used in all Rapid Response presentations to encourage dislocated workers to connect with the WorkSmart Network.
Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Dawn donated bags for the Drive Thru Job Fair and offered a participating employer quote to help promote the event, which was the first of its kind in the region.
Dawn actively participates on the Made In Dane Manufacturing Network and submitted a letter of support for an Advanced Manufacturing Grant targeted at providing greater access to technical training for Maintenance Technician careers.
Dawn received the Champions in Action Award at the 2020 WDBSCW Annual Awards Celebration for her continued dedication and partnership.
