Individual reenters community thanks to Windows to Work.
Michael was released from incarceration in January 2020 after nearly two decades. He connected with the Windows to Work Program for support reentering the community.
From day one, he was active in his pursuit of employment, housing and the betterment of himself. He attended all scheduled check-ins with his Windows to Work staff and tapped into available resources for further assistance.
Since his release, Michael obtained and maintained steady housing and employment where he found great fulfillment and joy.
Nearly seven months after his reentry, Michael reports he is living a healthy and happy life. He recently obtained his driver’s license and is currently looking to purchase a reliable vehicle.
