WDBSCW Names Seth Lentz as CEO

MADISON, WI, July 1, 2019 — The Workforce Development Board of South Central Wisconsin (WDBSCW) has announced Seth Lentz as its new CEO.

Seth Lentz, CEO of the WDBSCW, headshotLentz is a 14-year veteran of the WDBSCW and since 2005 has been Deputy Director. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, he began his career in workforce program operations at the Southwest Workforce Development Board in 1998.

Pat Schramm, who has served as WDBSCW Chief Executive Officer since 2005, announced her retirement. The WDBSCW Board of Directors named Lentz to succeed Schramm in May 2019.

Lentz said: “Looking ahead, I see a strong opportunity to build on the momentum of Schramm’s 35-year history, with strategic partnerships and innovative ventures. I am honored and excited to lead WDBSCW and look forward to partnering with the entire team to expand our impact in workforce development.”

The WDBSCW Board of Directors stated: “We thank Pat Schramm for her dedication and leadership during the past fourteen years as the CEO and recognize her many contributions. With her vision and drive, she has played an integral role in moving Lentz and the WDBSCW forward.”
