The Workforce Development Board of South Central Wisconsin is an administrative agency that uses contractors for direct services related to employment and training. WDBSCW contracts with for‐profit and nonprofit organizations, as well as private and public sector businesses. Periodically, WDBSCW solicits request for proposals to interested parties that can provide services and programs the organization specializes in such as case management, work sites, job search and placement services, service provider sites, and administrative services. WDBSCW publicizes its requests for proposals (RFP) through public notices placed in local publications of record. The requests are also featured on WDBSCW’s website and distributed via mailings to a list of potential candidates.

Request for Proposal (RFP)
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is specifically to solicit competitive proposals for the delivery of audit services for entities that operate employment and training programs funded by the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development and other funding sources. This RFP is issued by the Wisconsin Workforce Development Association (WWDA) Finance Committee.
Proposals are due no later than 4:00 p.m. on March 31, 2017 to gro.bdwwcnnull@lkocj.
