Pathways Home 4 (WPH4)

Bridging the Gap Between Re-entry & Re-employment.

Supporting Incarcerated Individuals

Wisconsin Pathways Home 4 serves incarcerated individuals both prior to and post-release as they re-enter the workforce. This grant program is designed to support any individual incarcerated in a Wisconsin state prison or correctional institution and released into Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Jefferson, Marquette, or Sauk County.

 

Pathways Home 4 Career Coaches will work with participants on job readiness skills such as career exploration and planning, interview prep, resume writing, and other general employment needs. Services provided can also include assistance with housing, food, transportation, and additional job training needs. 

*Program participants are referred to Pathways Home 4 Career Coaches by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
