The program’s tailored instruction and interactive curriculum helped the 26 graduating seniors succeed in the classroom and attain industry-demanded skills and certificates to set them up for success. Funding for the program is made possible by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).

Middle College is a collaborative initiative of the WDBSCW, Madison College, Moraine Park Technical College, Dane County School Consortium, Employment and Training Association, Opportunities, Inc., and participating South Central Wisconsin high school districts. Since 2010, more than 450 students have engaged in the program in preparation for careers and postsecondary success.
