Workforce Development Board Celebrates Champions in Action at Annual Meeting

Madison, WI – The Workforce Development Board of South Central Wisconsin (WDBSCW) proudly hosted its Annual Meeting and Awards Ceremony, recognizing outstanding contributions to workforce development in the region. A highlight of the event was the presentation of the prestigious Champion in Action Award, celebrating employers and leaders who have gone above and beyond to foster and drive innovative workforce solutions.


This year, WDBSCW honored nine exceptional partners for their collaborative efforts in advancing a K-12 career pathways strategy. These partners have played a pivotal role in inspiring and engaging the next generation of workers through its Mini Manufacturing World events. Their collaboration has created hands-on learning opportunities, providing students with invaluable insights into the exciting career possibilities within the manufacturing industry.

Their efforts are inspiring the next generation of innovators, creators, and leaders in this vital industry.”
