Our Rapid Response Program is designed to help employees who are experiencing unemployment transition quickly yet effectively into new employment by providing them with the support and knowledge they need, therefore creating a more qualified pool of applicants for local businesses.

We’re continuing to ensure the available workforce in South Central Wisconsin is equipped with the necessary skills and that businesses find quality workers. As active members of the region’s manufacturing councils, we’re constantly listening to the needs of industry and working with businesses and partners to identify workforce solutions. We’ll connect you to a council in your area where you can network with other manufacturers and learn about economic and workforce development issues of value.

Are you looking for assistance with recruiting and training employees or apprentices? We have several programs that can help your workers develop more industry-specific skills, reimburse your business for costs related to training an apprentice, alleviate worker shortage, and more!
