Request for Proposals for Workforce Innovation Fund Evaluator Now Available

The Workforce Development Board of South Central Wisconsin, Inc. (WDBSCW) who is serving as the grant administrator for the Skills Wisconsin grant (Department of Labor funded grants under Workforce Innovation Fund), is seeking an entity to serve as the independent evaluator for the grant. The goal of the independent evaluation is to enable the Federal Employment and Training Agency (ETA) and the workforce system to learn more about the proposed strategy’s effectiveness.
